RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items are eligible for exchange, if:

  • Your item is defective (Report within 48 hours)
    Items showing signs of wear and tear, including but not limited to:
    - Scratches, dullness, or discoloration caused by improper care.
    - Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals or perfumes.
    - Modifications made by third parties, such as resizing or repairs.
  • Change of Mind (within 7 days)

  • Size Exchange 

 

    Exchange Policy

    • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and accessories included.
    • Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, based on the availability of the new item.
    • Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be exchanged.
    • Exchange Process: Contact us via email / whatsapp with your order number and the item you want instead. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value.
    • Shipping Costs: You cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We provide prepaid shipping for defective or incorrect items.
    • Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item.

    • Return Process: Contact us via email / whatsapp with your order number and reason for return. Include proof of purchase and photos if the item is defective.
    • Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We provide prepaid shipping for defective or incorrect items.
    • Damaged/Defective Items: Report damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving the item for a free replacement.
