Measurement:

Inner diameter for size 6: 1.7cm, size 7: 1.8cm

Use a thin string to wrap around your finger, it shall not be too tight as you might get a bigger ring later. Measure the length of the surrounded string, pick your size here:

Size 6: 5.18cm

Size 7: 5.43cm (Most M sized Asian ladies)

Size 8: 5.72cm
