Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free exchange or store credit based on the collection you purchased from.
Important Notice:
❌ No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, you may opt for an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
Return & Exchange Periods:
- MNML Elements Collection: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
- MNML Moments Collection: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 90 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- Exchange is only allowed once per transaction.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at hello@minimalistlab.com / WhatsApp us at 011-61777827 with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue store credit or process the exchange.
Additional Notes:
- If the new exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the new item is of lower value, no cash refunds will be issued.
