Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free exchange or store credit based on the collection you purchased from.

Important Notice:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, you may opt for an exchange or store credit for future purchases.

Return & Exchange Periods:

  • MNML Elements Collection: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • MNML Moments Collection: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 90 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Exchange is only allowed once per transaction.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at hello@minimalistlab.com / WhatsApp us at 011-61777827 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue store credit or process the exchange.

Additional Notes:

  • If the new exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
  • If the new item is of lower value, no cash refunds will be issued.
