Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and accessories included.
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, starting from the day you receive the item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
- Return Process: Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Include proof of purchase and photos if the item is defective.
- Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for eligible returns within 7-10 business days after we receive your item.
- Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We provide prepaid shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Report damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving the item for a free replacement or store credit.
Exchange Policy

- Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange Process: Contact us via email with your order number and the item you want instead. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value.
- Shipping Costs: You cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We provide prepaid shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item.
